Founded in 2004, DONGYU(TONGBAI) PRECISION METAL CO., LTD. is located in Huaibei Industrial area, Tongbai County, Henan Province. The total investment of the project’s first phase is more than 80 million RMB, covering an area of more than 60 mu. The first phase of the plant covers an area of 20,000 square meters. The second phase of the project covers an area of 20,981 square meters. At present, DONGYU has more than 300 employees, including 48 professional scientific research and development personnel. DONGYU integrates R&D, production and sales, with great professional experience in valve production, its annual production of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel reaches more than 3,000 tons, and is mainly engaged in the production of stainless, carbon steel and alloy steel valves. The product categories include soft and metal-to-metal seal ball valves, multi-flow-direction ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, and control valves.
DONGYU consists of the casting department, machining department, assembly department, production management department,QA department and other departments, supplemented by various after-sales service centers, and our production and service processes include purchase of raw materials, casting,machining,assembly, inspection, packaging, pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services.Our products are sold to the United States, Japan, Europe and China for industries such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, power station, pharmaceutical, food, polysilicon.
